The Trustees present their Annual Report together with the financial statements of The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St. Gregory and St. Martin, Wye with St Mary, Hinxhill (the PCC) for the year ended 31 December 2020. The Trustees confirm that the Annual Report and financial statements of the PCC comply with the current statutory requirements, the requirements of the PCC's governing documents and the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 1 02) (effective 1 January 2019).
## Administrative information
St Gregory and St Martin is situated in the centre of the village of Wye. St Mary's Hinxhill is situated in the nearby hamlet of Hinxhill. The Parish is part of the Diocese of Canterbury within the Church of England. The parish of Wye with Hinxhill is part of the United Wye Benefice of five parishes, of which the Rev Ravi Holy is the Rector. The correspondence address is the United Wye Benefice Office, 2, Zealds House, 39 Church Street, Wye, Ashford, Kent TN25 5BL.
The PCC is also known by the name Wye with Hinxhill PCC.
## Objectives and activities
## a. Policies and objectives
The PCC of St Gregory and St Martin, Wye with St. Mary's Hinxhill has the responsibility of cooperating with the Rector, the Rev Ravi Holy, in promoting in the ecclesiastical Parish, the whole mission of the church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. it also has responsibility for the maintenance of the fabric of the church buildings. The members of the PCC act as trustees of the charity. The PCC plays a full part in the life of the whole Benefice, in order to build an effective missional community in this part of Kent. The churchwardens of all Parishes meet together regularly to discuss and decide matters of mutual concern.
The PCC is committed to making the Gospel of Jesus Christ accessible to the people of the Parish and to all who visit. We work hard to serve our local community, to encourage as many people as possible to encounter the risen Christ and then to deepen their faith through prayer and Scripture, sacrament, music and community. When planning our activities for the year, the Rector and the PCC have considered the Commission's guidance on public benefit and, in particular, the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion. We try to enable ordinary people to encounter the living God and to live out their faith as part of our Parish community through:

- a. Review of activities
## Spiritual life: Worship and prayer
The year 2020 was dominated by the pandemic. By March 2020 the virus was causing such concern that the government ordered a lockdown which included closing the churches. As a result Wye Church had no services in church between 12 March and 5 July 2020. The church remained open for private prayer although precautions were taken, sanitiser was available on entry, and visitors had to sign in. The church re-opened on 5 July 2020 because the numbers of infected persons were much reduced and accordingly the government eased the lockdown and permitted religious services. The services were by no means normal because masks had to be worn, social distancing maintained and there was no congregational singing. The arrival in Kent of the more infectious variant in September caused the second lockdown and the church was completely closed from 25 September 2020 until the end of the year. There were no Christmas services. There was a Remembrance Day service outside by the war memorial but attended only by persons invited. The Rector did arrange an online service every Sunday morning on Facebook during both lockdowns which attracted an audience of about 75. He also sent out a pastoral letter, and has encouraged those with needs to contact him or a mem ber of the pastoral care team.
## In the course of the year there were 3 weddings, 5 funerals and 1 baptism in church.
Wye PCC very much hopes that normal church activities will return in 2021. In normal times Wye Parish Church offers a range of worship services. Attendance on Sundays continues to be strong, with a good range of ages. We are privileged to have both a flourishing choir and a music group. Each Sunday there is an 8.00 am service of Book of Common Prayer (BCP) Holy Communion. During the month, the regular pattern of 10.00 am worship includes: Common Worship (CW) Holy Communion twice a month, and CW Morning Prayer and an informal all age service each once a month. We also have three evening services every month: a BCP Choral Evensong, an informal Evening Service with a guest speaker and more modern Christian songs, and a Celtic-style service. There is a weekly Tuesday morning prayer group in church. Each weekday Morning Prayer is said which offers an opportunity to start each day in prayer and builds our common life. This is attended by a small regular group and is also valued by a number of others who come to join us at times of difficulty or celebration. St Mary's Hinxhill has a BCP service twice a month. Our aim is to provide a full breadth of different styles of services to enable all who come to the churches to feel comfortable and included.
In December 2020, there were 193 people on our Parish Electoral Roll.
In normal times the major festivals of the church year continue to be very well attended: Mothering Sunday, Holy Week, Easter, Pentecost, Remembrance Sunday and Christmas. Most years, on Creation Sunday in February, we have a special Creation service and alternate years we have an All Souls service which gives the opportunity for bereaved families and friends to remember their departed ones.
The two primary schools and the local secondary school in Wye hold services in church on major festivals with their families. Parish clergy and some members of the congregation take assemblies in the primary schools and are on hand for pastoral care. We are always pleased to welcome the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts of the 2nd Wye Scout Group and the Wye 1st Brownies at the annual Remembrance service in November.
As well as our regular services, we enable our com munity to celebrate and to thank God at the milestones of life. Through baptism we thank God for the gift of life; in marriage, public vows are exchanged with God's blessing; through funeral services, friends and family express their grief, give thanks for the life which is now complete in this world and commend the person into God's keeping. In 2020 there were 3 weddings, 5 funerals and 1 baptism in church.
Wye Parish Church is normally open in daylight hours throughout the week and is well used by local people for prayer and reflection, many of whom do not necessarily attend public worship. In addition, as a Grade1 listed building next to a number of popular footpaths, we welcome a large number of visitors, including some on pilgrimage to Canterbury, as well as international tourists. We provide appropriate literature in several different languages, and other facilities for them.

We are an official Pilgrim Church, with details on the Pilgrimage website and facilities for stamping Pilgrim Passes. Our churchyard remains open, and many parishioners visit regularly to tend graves of loved ones. We share the cost of the maintenance of the churchyard with the Parish Council.
## Spiritual life: Christian discipleship
As well as the regular house groups the Healing Group meets monthly to pray for a confidential list of people from the church, and beyond (as it has for 50 years!). There were daily acts of worship and a dedicated space for prayer in the church.
## Retreats to the Abbey at Bec and to Penhurst Retreat are organised from time to time.
## Spiritual life: Children and young people
The PCC continues to support and encourage the Sunday Club and other work with young people. All ages worship together at the monthly all age service. We run a twice-monthly afterschool club for children in school years 6 to 9, which is held in the Methodist Church Hall. This club is run by volunteers with the support of the Rector. These activities are open to all children and young people, regardless of whether they or their parents are members of the congregation. The Director of Music, Mark Deller, welcomes young choristers to join the choir, however at present there are none. Young people are also encouraged to become part of the church music group led by Jo Rall.
The Plus Youth Group met in various venues including the Methodist Church Hall and the Village Hall Pavilion.
Lighthouse ran as a three-morning holiday club in July in the church; 19 children attended. It is planned to run an after-school club in the church in 2021.
## Mission and Ministry
We havea pastoral visiting team, so that those in our communities who are house-bound, sick or lonely can request a visit by a member of the team if they wish. This team is led and facilitated by Rev Linda Cross, anda regular article in the parish magazine aims to keep the community aware of this ministry. The team is made up of ordained clergy, lay readers and associate lay ministers licensed to the parishes.
There are residential homes and sheltered housing for the elderly in the Parish. In Brambles Care Home a Communion service is led by clergy and lay readers ona monthly basis. Approximately 10-14 residents attend, accompanied by a few members of the church congregation. We also run a weekly informal home group at Brambles with opportunity for conversation and Christian support and encouragement. Rev'd Linda Cross has an open invitation to meet residents of Luckley House in Little Chequers at their weekly coffee mornings. We offer home Communion to any who request it and visit the sick in hospital or at home.
The church is a partner in the on-line Our Place Wye project which seeks to promote good neighbourliness and informal care activities in the village. Members of the church are actively involved in the Wye Community Companions (supporting people leaving hospital), and other initiatives in the community such as transport to appointments in the village.
We strive to welcome all people warmly and appropriately when they come to worship with us. We have a large team of sidespeople and others who endeavour to make sure that newcomers and visitors are made welcome and invited to stay for coffee, which is available after 10 am services. Services and events are advertised ina glazed notice board near the road in front of the church; there is also a weekly notice sheet freely available within the church.

## Safeguarding
The Parish of Wye with Hinxhill regards safeguarding children and vulnerable adults as a paramount priority; and we have implemented the latest advice from the Diocese. In this regard we have developed and operate a Safeguarding and Protection Policy. Mrs Evelyn House is now the Parish Safeguarding Officer. Aide Memoire Leaflets and the Parish Guide to Safeguarding are on display and available within the church. A poster in the porch displays contact information.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults:
- . Has undergonea disclosure and barring service check . Understands and follows the Church's Protection/Safeguarding Policy . Receives regular training in matters of safeguarding . Knows who are the relevant officers to approach in the first instance.
We review both the Child and Vulnerable Adults Protection and Safeguarding policies annually; both policies may be viewed on the church notice board.
Members of the PCC are required to attend the online C1. Sidespeople and others are also encouraged to do this online training. Those in leadership positions are encouraged to take part in the level C2 training.
## Mission and Outreach
The PCC routinely has given approximately 10% of voluntary giving to mission. We regularly support several missionaries who have gone out from our congregation to serve overseas as well as local charitable work with the homeless and asylum seekers, and other organisations with which we are connected. From time to time we also respond to disaster appeals through special collections. In 2020 we gave £9,540 (2019: £10,000) to missions. We receive reports from mission link individuals and organisations which are posted in the Church, and the congregation is reminded to pray weekly on a rotating basis for the links. The support to individuals and organisations is reviewed annually by the PCC, and link people are invited to speak in church when possible.
We are registered as a Fair-Trade church and regularly sell fairly traded produce and try to raise awareness of issues Surrounding justice and fairness in trade.
Our Parish Magazine is a church publication, and it also functions as a community magazine. It has a wide readership among non-churchgoers as well as the congregation, with a total distribution of 450 per month in 2020. We are very grateful to the faithful team of volunteers who help prepare for distribution and deliver the magazine each month. The magazine includesa full list of church and community activities, and a monthly leading article aims to encourage people to encounter Jesus and develop their Christian understanding. The monthly men's breakfast in a local pub in the village continues to attract around 30 men each month from the community as well as the congregation.
Rev Ravi Holy holds a discussion group called Agnostics Anonymous. This is a monthly event and is thriving.
The FIG monthly group for women of all ages in the church continues to be much appreciated. This is held between 9.00 and 10.00 am on a Thursday morning, and is designed to be a place where women of all ages can meet for coffee, croissants and chat. There is a short talk on a wide range of subjects of interest. These events have been well attended and appreciated. The FIG home group meets in the morning enabling those who find it harder to go out in the evenings to attend and have fellowship.

We have an active Eco Church group that meets four times a year to plan and discuss activities. The revised and updated churchyard management plan has been agreed by the PCC and is operating smoothly. During the year we have continued to collect items for the Ashford Foodbank. A member of the congregation delivers these to the Foodbank regularly and a couple of other members of the congregation volunteer at the Foodbank collection point in Ashford. There were a particularly large number of donations in December of very high-quality items. These were gratefully received and acknowledged by the Parish Council.
We believe that the Parish Church building belongs to the whole community. It is the largest public space and is regularly used for concerts and other functions. Following the successful installation of moveable pews at the end of 2016, and the additional pew benches and choir song desks in 2017, our church now lends itself much more readily to new and increased opportunities for mission, outreach, and community service. We as a church congregation have continued to test out events for which the church building is now eminently suitable. Several community groups use the church for meetings, workshops, craft sessions, choir practice etc, and we envisage the use of the church will increase substantially in the coming years. A Burn’s Night ceilidh was held and very well attended; it was successful both socially and financially. A hiring policy has been drawn up by members of the PCC.
## Ecumenical Relationships
We enjoy close relations with Wye Methodist Church although a decision to permanently close this church has now been made. Churches Together in Wye organises an annual Unity Service every January and a service for the Women's World Day of Prayer in March. Both services rotate between the Roman Catholic, the Methodist and the Anglican churches.
## Deanery Synod
Our electoral roll numbers allow the parish three representatives on the Deanery Synod. The PCC therefore has strong links with the wider structures of the church. The PCC receives regular reports on the work of the Deanery.
## Church fabric
The refurbishment of the lavatories has not been completed due to difficulties in accommodating an up-to-date disabled lavatory in the space. The church suffered a freak storm which blew off a number of tiles causing the need to replace all the tiles on the South side. This work was successfully completed in the summer of 2020.
St Mary's Hinxhill had a Quinquennial Inspection at the end of 2016 in which significant issues with water ingress through the various roofs at Hinxhill were highlighted. The constitution of the Wye with Hinxhill PCC states that both Wye Parish Church and Hinxhill Chapel of Ease (St Mary's) should continue to be financially self-sufficient and independent. The responsibitity for funding the day-to-day costs of maintaining the Hinxhill church and churchyard for regular worship, together with any repair and maintenance costs arising, e.g. from Quinquennial Inspections, belongs to the subcommittee of Wye with Hinxhill PCC, the Hinxhill Church Council.
Unfortunately, delay in addressing this issue is likely to result in further deterioration. On surveying the church, the architect found that the tower upper levels were filled with crow nesting material, which was cleared out to enable the inspection. It is likely that the disrepair of the shingled roof will result in more nesting material being brought in and further water ingress to the church.

## Paid employment and volunteers
We employ an office manager (part-time) who also serves the wider Benefice and is helping the parish to run smoothly. We also pay for cleaning of the church building, for part of the costs of churchyard maintenance (as noted above), and an honorarium is paid for bookkeeping services.
Wye Parish Church could not function without the dedicated service of a very large group of volunteers. We believe that each Christian has a ministry, and that discerning and releasing the gifts of everyone is a major task for church leaders. We are grateful that so many offer their time and talents to further the mission and ministry of the Church (too many to name), and we would like to record our thanks to each and every one of them.
## Financial review
The total income during the year totalled £171,309 (2019 - £194,702). Of this, £147,959 (2019 - £152,425) related to voluntary income.
Fundraising activities (including the Parish Magazine) carried out during the year generated net income of £3,917 (2019 - £8,227). The total expenditure during the year totalled £176,046 (2019 - £206,679) which included parish share of £91,988 (2019 - £90,450).
Overall, there was net expenditure for the year of £4,737 (2019 - £11,977).
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis the PCC members have been considering the ramifications on the charity's financial resources and whilst there continues to be an impact, the PCC members are satisfied that the charity has sufficient reserves to be able to operate for the foreseeable future, but they will continue to monitor the situation closely.
## a. Reserves policy
It is the policy of the PCC to maintain unrestricted funds, which are the free reserves of the charity, at a level which equates to at least three months unrestricted expenditure. This would provide sufficient funds to respond to the emergencies which arise from time to time.
The actual free reserves at 31 December 2020 were £33,112 (2019: £51,370). This was below the target set in reserves policy because of the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 crisis, but the Trustees will look to increase this level of reserves going forward.
The Trustees aim to keep the free reserves at an appropriate level.
## b. Going concern
After making appropriate enquiries, the PCC members have a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Further details regarding the adoption of the going concern basis can be found in the Accounting Policies.

## Structure, governance and management
## a. Constitution
The PCC is a body corporate (PCC Powers Measure 1956, Church Representation Rules 2011) and became a charity registered with the Charity Commission (charity number: 1135099) on 22 March 2010.
## b. Methods of appointment or election of Trustees
The method of appointment of PCC members is set out in the Church Representation Rules. The membership of the PCC consists of the licensed clergy, churchwardens, the licensed Reader, ex-officio members by virtue of membership of General or Diocesan Synod, and members of Deanery Synod or PCC elected by those members of the congregations who are on the Electoral Roll of the churches. All members of the congregations are encouraged to register on the Electoral Roll and stand for election to the PCC.
## c. Organisational structure and decision-making policies
PCC members are responsible for making decisions on all matters of general concern and importance to the Parish, including deciding how PCC funds are to be spent. The Hinxhill Church Council is responsible for maintaining the fabric of the church of St Mary’s, Hinxhill.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the PCC met three times during the year. Consensus was obtained on major decisions by e-mail. Given its wide responsibilities, the PCC has a number of committees, and working groups each dealing with a particular aspect of parish life. These committees, which include finance, fabric, mission giving, and an employment sub-committee are all accountable and report to the PCC, with notes of their deliberations being received and discussed as necessary by the full PCC. In addition, the churchwardens and PCC treasurer are members of the Benefice Wardens' group, which meets quarterly. During 2017 the PCC drew up and adopted a Conflict of Interest policy, with PCC members’ interests being declared annually and also as part of every PCC meeting.
## d. Connected charities
The PCC is connected to Wye Ecclesiastical Charities by virtue of having related objects and being under common control. Details of the transactions with Wye Ecclesiastical Charities are recorded in the notes at 15.

## Statement of Trustees’ responsibilities
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
- The law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the PCC and of its incoming resources and application of resources, including its income and expenditure, for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the Trustees are required to: e select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; e observe the methods and principles of the Charities SORP (FRS 102); e make judgments and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
- ° State whether applicable UK Accounting Standards (FRS 102) have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements:
- ° prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the PCC will continue in business.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the PCC's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the PCC and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 201 1, the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the Trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the PCC and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

As the Trustees of the PCC you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the 2011 Act’).

1. Accounting policies
1.1 Basis of preparation of financial statements The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102) - Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019), the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) and the Charities Act 2011. The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Wye with Hinxhill meets the definition of a public benefit entity under FRS 102.
Assets and liabilities are initially recognised at historical cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant accounting policy.

- 1.2 Going concern
The PCC's largest source of income is from donations through planned giving. The PCC members have considered the charity's anticipated future income from planned giving along with its level of reserves and concluded that these are sufficient to enable the charity to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis the PCC members have been considering the ramifications on the charity's financial resources and whilst there continues to be an impact, the PCC members are satisfied that the charity has sufficient reserves to be able to operate for the foreseeable future, but they wil! continue to monitor the situation closely. Therefore, the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.
- 1.3 Income
All income is recognised once the PCC has entitlement to the income, it is probable that the income will be received and the amount of income receivable can be measured reliably.
The recognition of income from legacies is dependent on establishing entitlement, the probability of receipt and the ability to estimate with sufficient accuracy the amount receivable. Evidence of entitlement to a legacy exists when the PCC has sufficient evidence that a gift has been left to them (through knowledge of the existence of a valid will and the death of the benefactor) and the executor is satisfied that the property in question will not be required to satisfy claims in the estate. Receipt of a legacy must be recognised when it is probable that it will be received and the fair value of the amount receivable, which will generally be the expected cash amount to be distributed to the PEG, can be reliably measured.
Grants are included in the Statement of financial activities on a receivable basis. The balance of income received for specific purposes but not expended during the period is shown in the relevant funds on the Balance sheet. Where income is received in advance of entitlement of receipt, its recognition is deferred and included in creditors as deferred income. Where entitlement occurs before income is received, the income is accrued.
Income tax recoverable in relation to investment income is recognised at the time the investment income is receivable.

4. Accounting policies (continued)
1.4 Expenditure
Expenditure is recognised once there is a legal or constructive obligation to transfer economic benefit to a third party, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably.
Expenditure on raising funds includes all expenditure incurred by the PCC to raise funds for its charitable purposes and includes costs of all fundraising activities events.
Expenditure on charitable activities is incurred on directly undertaking the activities which further the PCC's objectives, as well as any associated support costs.
All expenditure is inclusive of irrecoverable VAT.
## 1.5 Interest receivable
Interest on funds held on deposit is included when receivable and the amount can be measured reliably by the PCC; this is normally upon notification of the interest paid or payable by the institution with whom the funds are deposited.
## 1.6 Liabilities and provisions
Liabilities are recognised when there is an obligation at the Balance sheet date as a result of a past event, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefit will be required in settlement, and the amount of the settlement can be estimated reliably.
Liabilities are recognised at the amount that the PCC anticipates it will pay to settle the debt or the amount it has received as advanced payments for the goods or services it must provide. 1.7 Financial instruments
The PCC only has financial assets and financial liabilities of a kind that qualify as basic financial instruments. Basic financial instruments are initially recognised at transaction value and subsequently measured at their settlement value with the exception of bank loans which are subsequently measured at amortised cost using the effective interest method.
- 1.8 Fund accounting
General funds are unrestricted funds which are available for use at the discretion of the Trustees in furtherance of the general objectives of the PCC and which have not been designated for other purposes.
Designated funds comprise unrestricted funds that have been set aside by the Trustees for particular purposes. The aim and use of each designated fund is set out in the notes to the financial statements.
Restricted funds are funds which are to be used in accordance with specific restrictions imposed by donors or which have been raised by the PCC for particular purposes. The costs of raising and administering such funds are charged against the specific fund. The aim and use of each restricted fund is set out in the notes to the financial statements.
Investment income, gains and losses are allocated to the appropriate fund.

- Memorial Fund - This fund is used for special projects incurred by the PCC that are not covered by WEC but does not include costs in relation to the fabric of the Church.
Restoration Fund - This fund is used for the restoration of the Church of St Gregory & St Martin.
Penhurst Retreat Centre Fund - This fund relates to members of the congregation attending spiritual retreats during the year.
Wye Church Flower Fund - This fund is used to finance the purchase of flowers for the Church.
Insurance Fund - This fund is used to finance the insurance funded by a grant from WEC.
Bells (Head) Fund - This fund is used to finance the upkeep of the Church bells.
Choir Fund - This fund is used to finance the activities of the choir.
Clock Fund - This fund is used to finance the repair of the clock face.
Friends Floodlighting Fund - This fund relates to money given to fund the cost of the electricity for the floodlights. Hinxhill Fund - This fund is used to finance the upkeep of the Church and for the provision of services at Hinxhill. Organ Fund - This fund is used to finance the purchase of an Organ for the Church.
A transfer from the unrestricted funds to the Penhurst Retreat Centre Fund has been made to cover the retreat leader's costs and the attendance costs of some of the congregation members.

## 13. Donations from members
During the year, 14 (2019: 14) members of the PCC gave donations to the charity totaling £10,928 (2019: £19,905).
## 14. Payments to members
During the year, no other members received any remuneration or any benefits in kind. During the year, the Incumbent was reimbursed for out of pocket expenses. During the year, the associate Priests were reimbursed for out of pocket expenses. During the year, 4 members of the PCC were reimbursed for out of pocket expenses.
## 15. Connected charities and related party transactions
The financial statements do not include the results of Wye Ecclesiastical Charities (charity registration number 262613) which is connected to Wye Parochial Church Council by virtue of having related objects and being under common control. The principal object of Wye Ecclesiastical Charities is to support the PCC with regard to the maintenance of the church and its related buildings and churchyard.
During the year Wye Ecclesiastical Charities contributed £22,400 (2019: £30,626) by way of grants to the PGC.
The financial statements do not include the results of the Luxmoore Trust, of which Wye Parochial Church Council is the Managing Trustee. The Canterbury Diocesan Board of Finance is the Custodial Trustee. The object of the Trust is to apply its income towards the maintenance of the church and churchyard. Wye Ecclesiastical Charities administers the income of the Trust on behalf of Wye PCC. The income and related expenditure of the Trust are shown in the financial statements of Wye Ecclesiastical Charities.
During the year there were no other transactions with related parties (2019: Nil).
