Achlevements and Performance
This lasl year has seen us undertake some slgntficant work on our Wision and Values, drawlng
together a group of all ages and sla9es of life and falth In th8'Dream Te8m'. As a Church we seek
to be 'More like Je3us'_ both becomlng more Ilk8 HIM and 8eelng mor8 coming to know HIM. We

but some of the common themes are:
Worshlp and Prayar. Jesu8 prornls88 fulness of Ilfe In the mldst of a Ixoken world. In our
minlstry, including 8mall groups, pr8yer, gathered worshlp and work acros¥ local communltles, wa
want to do the same, livlng wlth authentlclty and acknowledglng our own brokenn8ss and

worker seek to equlp and encourage many others In bullding feith with chlldren and youth, and
both on Sundays and mldweek w8 have sought to help younger gonerations axperlence and grow
falth for themselves. We'vé encouraged people of all ages to serve and to find their volce In
g8thered worship. Our Toddler groups are thrlvlng In their own rlght, but al80 offer the
encouragement to go furlher in falth through regular invltations to Llttle Buds Toddler Church and
Messy Church. Our work In Meole Brace Prlmary School contlnues to flourlsh, spearh68ded by
volunteer Chaplaln, and our contacts wilh Radbrook School have Increased over the year with
further opportunille8 for mlnlslry and mlsslon In that part of our parl8h. We have spent tlme
dlscernlng the terms for appointing 8 naw Youth Min16ter, and we'v& 88en our work wlth teenager8
