The charity's principal activily during the year continued lo be Ihe advoncemenl of the
Chrislion faith woddwide in accordance with the doctrine sel out in the Slalement of faith
of our trust deed and the relief of poverty to Ihose at risk amongst Ihe general public.
Organlsatlon slruclure, governance and managemenl
The pastor in charqe is responsible for the day to day activities of Ihe chority. The
paslor liases with the board of truslees. when they meet lo review the activities of
the oroanisation.
Related party relallonshlp
RCCG Faith Foundation Fellowship Cenlre is a member of the Redeemed Chrislian
Church of God IRCCGI, which has parishes in the UK and Woddwide. This relationship
is governed by an agreement of common purposes. RCCG Faith Foundation
Fellowship Centre made regular contribution to RCCG UK for common purposes.
Rlsk management
The trustees hove assessed the mojor risks lo which the church is exposed to, in particular
those relating lo our operotions ond finonces of the church ond ore sotisfied that systems
are in ploce lo miligote exposure to ony mojor risks.ln order to sofeguard the welfore of
Children and young people the Church operales o Child protection policy. All
Children'slyoulh workers ore corefully selected and screened and have on enhonced
Disclosure and Barring SeNice IDBSI check. They are Iroined in the safe practice and work
within approved guidelines.
Volunteers
RCCG Faith Foundation Fellowhsip Cenlre is grateful for the immence effort of all it's
dedicoled volunteers who ensure that all our activities are well organised and
professionolly conducted.
Financial Review
The Charity's financial statemenl for Ihe year ended 31 March 2025 shows a net
Surplus ofl 1.61712024: surplus £2.9151. Total funds in the year is £30.05612024- £18,439).

At RCCG Faith Foundation Fellowhsip Centre. the trustees ensure that
activities are designed in line with the church objects and for the benefit of
the general public.
Trustees, responsibllltles
Law applicable to charities and companies in England and Wales requires the
trustees to prepare financial statement for each financial year which gives a
true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of surplus or deficit for
the period. In preparing the financial statements the trustees have;
Selected suitable accounting policies and applied them consistently.
Made judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent.
stated whether applicable accounting standards have been followed.
Prepared the financial statements on a going concem basis.
The trustees have overall responsibility of ensuring that the church has an
appropriale system of controls," financial or otherwise. They are responsible for
keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy
at anytime the financial position of the church. and to enable them to ensure
that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011 . They are
responsiblc for Safeguarding the assets of the Charity and hence take
reasonable steps for the detection and prevention of fraud and other
irregularities.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of
THE REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD- FAITH FOUNDATION FELLOWSHIP CENTRE
We report on the accounts of the RCCG- Faith Foundation Fellowship Centre, for the year ended
31 March 2025, which are set out on pages 5 to 9
Respertive responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 144121 of
the Charities Act 2011lthe 2011 Act) an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility:
to examiner the account under {section 145 of the 2011 Act),.
to following the procedures laid down in the General Direction given by the charity
Commissioners (under section 1451511bl of the 2011 Act),. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disc105ures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view
given by the accounts
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention..
111 which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act,.
and to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply
with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act have not met,. or
121 to which. in my opinion. attention Should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding
of the accounts to be reached.

Accounling Policy
The principal accounting policies, all of which have been applied consistently
throughoutthe year, are sel out below:
(a) Scope and basis of the financial slalemenls
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost
convention and in accordance with The Statement of Recommended
Practice: Accounling and Reporting by Charities ISORP 20051 issued in March
2005
(b) Incoming Resources
All income is accounled for when the Charity has entitlement lo the funds,
the amount can be quantified and there is certainty of receipt.
(c) Resources expended
All expenditure is accounted for on accrual basis
Management and administration costs include managemenl of the charity's
assets.
(d) Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost and depreciated on a straight line
basis over their useful economic lives.
