pages 6 to 12.
Respective responsibililies of trustees and examiner
As the charity's trusiees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts" you consider
that an audit is not requir¢d for this year under section 144 of the Charities AGt 2011("the
Charitics A¢t") and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility Éo
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charitiex Act, to follow procedur¢s laid down
in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145{5)(b) of the
Charities Acl and to state whether matters have come to my attenlion.
Basis of independent examiners reporl
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the
Charity CommissiorAers. An examination includes a review of the accounting record8 kept by
Ihe Trust and a comparison of th¢ accounts presented with those records. It also includes the
consideration of any unusual items or disc108ure5 in the accounts and secking explanations
from you as trustee5 concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidencc that would be required in an tiudiL and consequently I do not express an
audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent examiners report
In connection with our examtnation. no material matler has come to my attention which
gives mc cause to believe that in any n￿terIa] respect:
The accounting records were kept in accordance with s￿tion 130 of the Charilies
The accounts did not accord with the accounting records. or
'rhe accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the forni
and content of Accounts set out in the Charilies (Accounts and Reports) Regulations
2008 other than any requirernent that the accounts give a 'trne and laii 'view which is
not a mdtter considcred as part of an independent examination.
I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attcntion
should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
