pages 6 to 12.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As the chan'ty's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. you consider
that an audit is not rquired foT this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011('tthe
Charities Act") and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to
&xamine the accounts under section 145 of the Chariti&s Act, to follow procedures laid down
in the general Directions given by the Charity Comrnission (under section 145(5)(b) of the
Charities Act and to state whether matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independenl examiners report
My examination was carried out in a￿OrdanCe with the General Directions given by the
Charity CoTnmissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by
the Trust and a compaTison of the acLounts presented with those records. It also includes the
consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not express an
auth"t opinion on the accounts.
Indq?endenl examiners report
In connection with our examinatiory no matertal matter has come to my attention which
gives me cause to believe that in any material Tespect:
The accounting records were kept in accordance wRth section 130 of the Charities
The accounts did not accord with the accounting records" or
The accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the fonn
and content of Accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations
2008 other than any requirement that the accounts ￿ve a 'irue and fair 'view which is
not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have come across no other matters in connection with the exarnination to wkn'ch attention
should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
