I am pleased to present the Secretary’s Report of the Southend Malayalee Association for the period January 2024 – December 2024. During this period, the association continued its efforts to bring together the Malayalee community through cultural, social, and communityoriented programs.

Administrative Activities
Regular committee meetings were conducted to plan and manage association activities. Communication with members was maintained through official announcements and digital platforms to ensure transparency and coordination. Member participation and volunteer support remained strong.

The committee extends sincere appreciation to all volunteers, sponsors, committee members, and families whose continued support contributed to the success of association programs.
