The main activities of the organisation are to manage and maintain the Owen Street centre ensuring that the fabric and facilities of the building are safe and useable by; local arts groups(both adult and children) for rehearsal and performances to the local community, local charities and other organisations providing services to the local community.
Objects: The Charities Objects Are To Promote Any Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of The Community In Atherstone, North Warwickshire And Surrounding Areas("the Area Of Benefit")by The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For People In The Area Of Benefit And To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Arts Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same(whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body)in Furtherance Of These Objects.
