One other tenant moved out to new accommodation elsewhere. There were, therefore, two volds but these each lasted less than a month as they were re4xcupled by new tenants within a matter of weeks. Delays in construction encountered bythe developer Icroudace Homes Ltd) a5 a result of the pandeml¢.10ss of workers returninB to the EU after Brexit and supply constraints meant that these were acquired some 10 months later than originally planned and many of the costs assoclated wlth the acquisition were incurred in the Prior financlal year. The delays in delivery meant that the remaining five home5 agreed to be purchased were also not completed in the time planned. completion of the purchases eventually tsklng place in January 2023. Flnanclng arrangements for these ten acqulsltlons (grants of £410.(X)O from Winchester Clty Council, £150,oc(Ifrom South Downs National Park. and £250.OCQfrom a legary donation to the Trust, and loans from Triodos Bank totallin8 £844.1601 were all in place before the 5tsrt of the financlal year and were execLrted as planned. Is dependent on rental revenues and on extemal finance, and will thus always remaln exposed to potential Increases in interest rate5.
