The church **charity set out in its** may also advance education and carry out other charitable purposes in **governing document** the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.

The following activities were severely restricted during 2020 due to the restrictions imposed by the Covid pandemic.

In order to achieve the principal objective which is set out above, the church provides a variety of activities both to its membership and the community generally. A major part of the work and witness of the Church is the provision of regular public services of Christian worship. These services take place each Sunday at 10.30am and some evenings. Details are provided on the church website at www.wokinghambaptist.gov.uk There is a full children’s programme during the morning. The church also runs a series of small groups which principally meet **Summary of the main** in members’ houses. They aim to encourage the growth of faith and **activities undertaken for the** discipleship. **public benefit in relation to** 4321 is a drop-in parent and toddler group for children aged 4 and **these objects (include within** below takes place on Tuesday mornings, 10am until 11.30 during term **this section the statutory** time. **declaration that trustees have** Activities include a craft table, painting, story time, as well as a large **had regard to the guidance** play area (taking over the whole church!) and a quiet room for babies. **issued by the Charity** Sunbeams is a drop-in parent and toddler group for pre-schoolers **Commission on public** on Monday afternoons. **benefit)** The afternoons start with a very relaxed, informal and low-key simple service comprising several children's songs and a story for all the children to take part in. After this is a play time, with coffee & cake! An ever changing set of activities for young people also takes place. The church website gives up to date information. The church operates systems to ensure that all people working with children and vulnerable adults are appropriately vetted with regard to the Criminal Records Bureau. The trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit and are satisfied that the activities outlined above clearly demonstrate that the charity is providing a benefit to the public

The trustees recognise that these
are difficult to measure, but believe that 2020 was a positive year in the
life of the church despite the restrictions imposed by the Covid
pandemic.
.|
