Edwards Accountsnts Limited ag independent examiner will be put to the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. anisation of the The Paro¢ial Churth Council is led by the Incumbenvchurchwdrdens and comprises 12 lay people who are elected al the Annual Parochial Church Meetsng. There are also 10 ex officio membets. The Parochial Church Council have decided that the unrestricted funds not committed or presenting tangible fixed assets (free resetvesl held by the church should be at least 3 months of expenditure. It is consKlered necessary to have these reserves to keep the church running in the event of a fulure reduction in fijnding. vi The Parochial Church Council have reviewed the risks facing the church. Sl. Nicolas Place continues to requi￿ subsidy from the Chur¢h and no provision is possible for its long temi upkeep. Sl Nicolas Church as a result is unable lo make its full conlribution to the Diocesan Common Fund, a position of concem to us and the Di(xese. The Parish Church of St Ni￿laS is ￿qUiring major repairs and updates which are becoming critical e.g the spire, the nave roof and the continued suspension of bell ringing. The senior churth members will continue to geek future sources of fvnding to guard against a significant reduclion in funding in thè future. When planning our activities for the year, the incumbent and Kings Norton P.C.C. have conSide￿d the Commission's guidano on public benefit and, in particular. the specific guidance on charibes for the advancement of ￿lIgIOn.
