The rental income relates to the rental of a manse and fomier church whlch Is used by Westmlrter City Coundl. Expendlture trends Stlpend expendlture has InaSed each flnanclal year In Ilne wlth conference approved increases. Just over 14% of expendlture bs the fjrojit contribution to the Distrlrt and ConnexSon, of whlch a significant part 15 Used to fund the work of the wider Methodlst Church. Fund balances A5 at 31 August 2025 the net current assets of the Circuit were É308.807 glvlng over 12 months coverfor expenditu.
