**Activities:** The object of the charity was to build a swimming pool for the benefit of the inhabitants of Dartmouth and the surrounding district. The swimming pool has now been built and is owned by the Trust.  It is operated by a large charity specialising in the operation of public leisure services.  The Trust oversees the operation of the pool.
