**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN MIDDLESBOROUGH AND THESURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SPORT FOR INDIVIDUALSIN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE AGED BETWEEN 8-19 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAVELEARNING DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITH PHYSICAL AND/OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS WHO HAVENEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND DISABLEMENT IN THE INTERESTS OFSOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID YOUNGPERSONS.

**Activities:** To relieve the needs of young persons residents in Middlesbrough and the surrounding area by the provision of facilities for recreation and sport for individuals in particular, but not exclusively, those aged 8-19 years of age who have learning disabilites and those with physical and/or sensory impairment.
