be¢ause rif feoffending. Our mission ss lo b)Ih prevent offendjny and to address reoffending by provtding 8 pathway
out of the negative soual and behavioural Spiral that resutts in crimTr)al behavKJur. We do this through providing
professK>nal training in hospitality and horthwlture, and Ihr(xYJh intensè SUPFth and rr￿lo￿ng to help our graduales
into employment and a life Ir8e ol offending.
We sel ourselves a 2023 ambition to train 750 peopte in ar¥J in the Lvrnmurmty. We exceed&J thi5 haviTVJ
trained 800 people. wth 550 ethmally ￿¢[K￿n￿e￿ qualtfical￿s awarded up lo 8nd including NVQ Level 3- the
equiv818rti of 2"A' Levels in general educalion. We supp(xtsd 189 people leawng prison of whom 52% a￿ in
sustainable empl¢)yThent and a ILtrther 24% are wwkbng towarcls eM￿oYment with the hdp of our support and
T￿toring leams in the comrnunty.
Our social enterprise. Cllnk Events. had an exceptional year wving 30.(K)0 guests at 200 events whilst delIV￿n9
more than 23.000 training hours. 71% of all delNery was achieved by our students diTedy supptemented by
pmfessK)nal trainers and extemal events staff required for our larger events in the Cfty of London.
The Board of Trustees has adopted a foMaFd4ooking strategy designed to ensure that the Charty remains relevant
and su51ainable. Wè made considerable progre55 in 2023 wrth The aink Charity becoming accredited lo deliver
apprenticeships by the Department of Educalion. and the ach18v9m￿t of the exacting Malrix Slartdard lor our
support and mentoring sèrvths.

production kitchen to double our Clink Events trabning and delivery c3pabiKty- ou¥ first OUt￿￿e of a prison. The

three ded¢cated employer ne￿"ft9 evènls at our restaufants. We were delighled 10 be joined by 40 representatives
from the VK hospitslity induslry and emph)yffwl offers fdhjwed.

for these presligsous events was pyepared by women in HMP Oownview Stl￿1r￿j fo￿ their Cty 3nd Guilds Levd 2 and
Level 3 qualifi¢ations Ltnder ￿ gjpervision of our Chef Trainers. Th remarkable SOCI￿ enterprisè added to ils.
prestsgious list of venues with Westminster Abbey. The De$￿A Museum. The Roundhouse and BattÈrsea Arts Centre

be based in Heme Hill in South London. The faolity will 8rMI emplDy in and leavir¢g prison, wll Increase
our production and training cap8¢Jty and will help to generate fvnding ID contribjte to the rnst of Dur support

an occupancy rate of 70% 01 our training places whi¢h c(Thpares very favourabty to other vocah.onal training schemes

hard throughotrt Ihe year baking gwds whrti not only supported qUaIrf￿lOn achievement but also helped lo raise
awareriess of our work through attending several markets around Lorwjon. The year ended on a high as sbJd8nts
prepared over 200 Christmas hampws. 5000 rn￿r￿e pies and 150 Chnslmas puddings. stLHYents Continue to

supportworker5 spent much time tracking down our 51udents and graduate$. As well as supporting the ongoing needs

Dynamic Procurement Seryice framewth contracl, a￿1 ￿ a￿ planning iowards being a supporiing provider in the
ddivery of Ihe new Prison Educalion Seryw {PES} C￿trac1S which we bts1￿¥e is the appropriate fvI￿Ing Toute lor
Ihe continuing dèlNery of the 324 F4us vocallonal qUalffiCa￿Trs curretwy provxy￿ free of charge to HMPPS via Clink

New contracted revenues allow us to dgliver our mission Yelwg HMPPS and Ihe min￿ ol JLL3ti￿ to delwery
