**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO HELP AND EDUCATE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES BY PROMOTING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY IMPROVE.

**Activities:** The Youth Zone's principle activity is the provision of a purpose built, world class 21st century facility for sport and recreation in Oldham for young people aged between 8 and 21 years old. The Youth Zone will deliver a range of high quality universal youth work services, seven days a week, which will be accessed voluntarily by young people on a membership basis.
