Engage for Development facilitates engineering projects for development in poverty-stricken communities throughout the world by providing grants and support, while promoting a knowledge exchange between the individuals involved.We achieve this primarily by supporting student groups from UK universities wishing to work on civil engineering projects in developing countries.

Objects: In Furtherance Of Such Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Trustees Shall Determine And In Particular To Facilitate:(i) The Relief Of Those In Poverty, Particularly By Reason Of Natural Or Manmade Disaster;(ii) The Education Of Individuals And Groups Throughout The World With Particular Reference To Sharing Engineering Knowledge And Expertise.(iii) The Reconstruction Of Infrastructure In Developing Countries For The Benefit Ofthe Victims Of Natural And Manmade Disaster.
