Introduction
The Amen Comer Trust is an independent charity set up by Declaration of Trust on 27 October 2009. The ,
Trusys objects are to advan￿ the Christian faith for the benefit of the public both in the United Kingdom and
Worldwide.

The trustees during the year were:

New trustees are apFJointed at a special meeting of the existing trustees follc)wing thorough enquiries as to the
skills they offer and following cOnfi￿atIOn of their agreement with the doctrinal statement in the schedule to the
Trust Deed.

Activities
In 2024 the Trust has continued to receive generous donations to be used for the objects of the Trust, to
advance the Christs'an frdith. In 2024 nor grants were made as the trustees built up reserves in accordan￿ with
their longer-temi intention of funding a larger capitsl pioject. such as a property purchase with long term value in
advancing the Christian faith in the Tooting area.
The trustees plan the activities of the Trust with due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the
Chartty Commission.
Flnances
During 2024 income received from donatbons, tax refunds and bank interest totalled £43,750 (2023: £46.799)
and total expenditure was £95 (2023: £64,097}
Total cash funds at 31 December 2024 were £258,019 (2023: £214,364). All the funds are unrestricted.
Examlnatlon of the accounts
The accounts on page 2 have been examined by Mr Edward Berkeley a qualified accountan( independent of
the trustees.
Responsibilities of trustees
Charity law requires us as Trustees to prepare financial Stateff￿nts for each accounkn'ng year which record the
receipts and payments of the charity for the year.
We are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disdose with reasonable accuracy at any time
the financial position of the charity and enable us to ensure that the financial statements compty with the
Charities Act 2011.
We also have a responsibility to safeguard the assets of the charty and to tske reasonable steps to prevent
fraud or any other irregularities.
