The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 20111.the Charitie5 Act") and that an independent examination is needed. The charity's gross income did not exceed £250,000 due to the COVID-19 and for consistency l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of IAssociation of Chartered Certified Accountants.
