Review of acllvlties
Trenance Cottages Newquay is a heritag¢ mus8um run mostly by Iruslees and a toam of
volunlcèrs. Thar8 are three collages. one belng a funclion room. There Ss a reception and shop.
Allached lo the museum Is a café anl language school.
Over the past year the fundraising team and tru$l&es have organised various community events,
and for the first lime plloled the winter sessions. Our function room ¢ontinues lo be used for vaiious
ovenls InclLJding weddlngs, parti8s, busin8ss meetlngs, and community events.

The Irusl8as have assessed the major rSsks lo which the charlly Is èxpossd, in particular those
r61aled lo the operations and finances of the charity and ara satisfied that syslems ara in placa lo
