**Objects:** A TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF TRENANCE COTTAGES, NEWQUAY, BEING A GROUP OF LATE EIGHTEENTH AND EARLY NINETEENTH CENTURY, GRADE II LISTED BUILDINGS. B TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE HERITAGE OF THE AREA AND THE ARTS.

**Activities:** Restoration of cottages for the benefit of the community.Restoration was completed during the year 2015/2016. The charity leases out tearooms, ice cream sales, a meeting area,  and language school. The charity's Heritage Rooms depict life in the dwellings C.1900 and are free to enter. The charity's Function Room is hired to a variety of users for meetings, exhibitions and wedding ceremonies.
