**Objects:** 1 TO HOLD, MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP THE LAND AND BUILDINGS KNOWN AS ST PETER'S LISS GU33 6JY UPON TRUST TO PERMIT THEM TO BE USED AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP FOR THE CONGREGATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (LISS BRANCH) AND FOR SUCH OTHER FUTURE CONGREGATIONS OF THE CHURCH IN THE COUNTIES OF HAMPSHIRE, SURREY AND SUSSEX.2 GENERALLY TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID CHURCH.

**Activities:** The Charity looks after St Peter's Church West Liss which is a Grade 2* listed building. The building was restored in 2012 with the help of  English Heritage, and other grants and generous donations. Most recently we have provided a Shepherd's hut at the rear of the church to provide temporary Sunday School accommodation. Currently we are looking at upgrading the lighting and sound systems.
