Small local charity set up with the intention of improving the play areas in the local housing estate.

Objects: (A) To Acquire By Way Of Purchase, Lease Or Otherwise, Or To Co-Operate In The Acquisition Of Playing Fields And Open Spaces For The Purposes Of Outdoor Games, Sports And Pastimes.(b) To Encourage And Develop The Playing Of All Such Games, Sports And Pastimes As Aforesaid With A View To Promoting The Physical And Moral Welfare Of The Population, And To Extend The Benefits Of Playing Fields And Open Spaces To The Poorer Members Of The Community.(c) To Ascertain, Organise, Represent And Promote The Requirements And Wishes Of All Persons Desiring To Use The Playing Fields And Open Spaces, Particularly By Negotiating And Cooperating With Local And Other Authorities, Boards Of Conservators And Trustees Of Recreation Grounds And Open Spaces With Regard To The Playing Of Games In Parks, Commons, And Other Open Spaces, And The Acquisition Of Land Therefore, And With Railway, Omnibus, Tram And Other Transport Companies In Regard To Reduction Of Fares And Facility Of Access.(d) To Lay Out, Manage, Equip And Maintain Playing Fields And Open Spaces Whether Vested In The Association Or Otherwise.(e) To Encourage The Exercise Of All Statutory And Other Powers, Under Which Playing Fields And Open Spaces Can Be Acquired, And, Where Necessary, To Promote The Extension Of Such Powers.(f) To Co-Operate With Local Authorities, Town And Regional Planning Committees, National Sports Governing Bodies, Open Spaces Societies And Other Organisations Interested In Any Of The Objects Of The Association And To Affiliate To Or With Any Body Having Similar Objects.(g) To Acquire By Purchase Or Otherwise A Collection Of Sports Gear And Equipment Of Every Kind And To Distribute The Same To Schools, Clubs And Other Institutions In Need Of Such Assistance.(h) To Equip And Maintain Gymnasia Or Similar Institutions For Physical Welfare Training.
