CHESTER DIOCESE TRUSTEES, REPORT ICONTINUED) FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 and fftnantlal revlèw The Trustees have considered the advl¢e provlded by the Charlty Commisslon In thelr note CC19. We bellfft that a prudent level ol reser¥es Is approxlmately a Month to SSX weeks cash outfl¢)w to allow sulllcient working amount5 in the current accounts at both St. John's and Chrlst Church. During 2019, we started a 5-year strategy to bulld an additional 'Staffing Reserve. for future hlring requlrements, and thi5 continued throughout 2020 and the first hall of 2021.
