**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** Rayleigh U3A encourages men and women who are retired or semi-retired to pursue their interest in a wide range of educational subjects and leisure activities and can also use their own skills, knowledge and expertise to help fellow members by starting an interest group. Group activity meetings are mostly held during the daytime in members' homes.
