After a due selection process, a new incumbent was appointed for the church in the person of Revd. Mark Adams. He was licensed as vicar by Bishop Guli Diocese of Chelmsford on the 6th of December 2021.

Due to the Covid 19 rules on assembly, there was limited church groups activities. The Breakfast Club and Ladies Breakfast Bar did not hold during the year. The Church Centre was only opened to the public in the last quarter of the year.

Conclusion

In 2021, the world finally got a relief from Corona virus and normalcy started to return to our daily lives and worship. It also was the year the vacancy came to an end with the installation of our new vicar and the hope and belief of a new era in the life of the church.

Many thanks to all the volunteers who work so hard to make the parish a welcoming place of worship and fellowship during and after the lockdown. We appreciate all the people that continue to give offerings and donations to the church but would also like to reach out for more help and support in maintaining the fabric of St Margaret's - A place of Great History and Heritage.

May God in His infinite grace and mercy continue to grant us the will and devotion to serve Him and bring His light to our community.
