2024 closed with a si8nifi¢ant surp1￿8 in income against ¢xtaitute, this has virbjally taken ￿ back to the fman¢ial
situation at th¢ end of 2022.
We have txen help￿ by a very large Gift Aid tsx rd)ate cA)v￿An8 three years and Severnl Si￿lfie&llt donations and
legacies.
We have al80 E*en able to pay ourParish Share in fijll &8ain this year.
Donations and legacies along with the money rai*d from ￿ffee donations after the se￿ice have in(Yeased the amount
in the Buildtng Fund earn18rked for wotk on the Tower.
As c8A be seen from the fabric report there have been works on Kilnw th¢ Parish Centre gnd th¢ Chu￿hY￿￿ these
have been largely fLmded by a mixture of 8rant& donations fiDm the Friend of Saddleworth Churckl and transfers from
th¢ Kilngten Supporters club monies. with Some money draThn from the account.
The atnount in our general account has increarf whith l(x)ks ￿sItiVe but 18 a little misleading given the amount of the
tax rebate, ￿ we still n¢&J to be very careful and control our S￿nding as well as look for ways to increase our i￿OMe.
We aware thAt there will be w(ll* required at Kilnw ond the diurchyard in 2025 and will be looklng at ways to
raise money to cover as much of this cost as ￿$$thIe.

Th¢ fabric committee has met tlnDughouL 2024 an¢ 8s 8 group. we ensure that all our estste remains a safe &nd pleasant
enviroment for All users. We were due to have our quinquennid inSp￿tIOn this year, though this has Eten pusheA into
2025 due to availability.
