## **Meeting Dates** 

The Trustees met on 8[th] February 2023 to review the financial performance and to consider funding proposals for 2023.  A further virtual meeting was held in October 2023 to approve the 2022 accounts that had been circulated. 

## **Trustees** 

It was proposed that Rev. Sian Yates should ask Valerie Cock to become a Trustee. 

## **Awards Made** 

An award of £8,000 towards the cost of the administrator for the Penlee Cluster was approved.  It was also agreed that further funding would be available to fund a grant bid writer would be considered when a firm proposal was received.  Other funding would require clear proposals to be submitted. The trustees would meet when such proposals were submitted. 

## **Costs** 

Accrued costs for John Underhill (Independent Examiner) of £400 would be paid by Paul Durkin and it was agreed to pay him on submission of a reclaim. 

It was further agreed that John Underhill be re-appointed as Independent Examiner.
