The Trustees met virtually to approve the 2021 accounts in October 2022. They agreed to look at making awards in February 2023.

Victoria Howard stepped down as a Trustee during the year.

No awards were made during the year.  I was agreed that the Trustees would meet early in 2023 to consider a number of areas that have been raised as needing support.

## **Independent examiner’s Report** 

I report to the trustees on my examination of the Receipts and Payments account of the trust for the year ended 31 December 2022. 

## **Responsibilities and basis of report** 

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.    I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts.  In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission. 

## **Independent examiner’s statement** 

I have completed my examination.   I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept; or 

- the accounts do not accord with those records. 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
