## Activities of the St Mary with St Paul Trust for 2021 ## **Members of the Trust** Leslie Atwood (Chairman) Paul Durkin Frank Batt Rev Sian Yates Victoria Howard ## **Meeting Dates** Due to the impact of the Covid pandemic, the Trustees met once during the year on 11 May 2021. ## **Trustees** There were no changes to Trustees during the year. ## **Awards Made** 11 May 2020 Penlee Cluster £10,000 11 May 2020 Holiday Club £3,000 Awards reflected the continuing requirement to support the operation of the Cluster and the additional requirements to run the Holiday Club due to the increase in expenditure for its safe operation due to regulations in relation to the Covid pandemic. Brewin Dolphin were authorised to transfer £13,000 from the reserves account to the current account at Lloyds Bank. The amount was remitted on 13 July 2021 and payments made on 10 August 2021. ## **Costs** Accrued for John Underhill (Independent Examiner) £200 ST. MARY WITH ST.
