- To make the most of the Dew website and Inte￿¢d booking syst¢m to proll)Ote EvolutiOD'S offer[￿. The Wix based
website wa5 launcbed in November 2023 for course5 Starting in January 2024.
- To expand the audience for Evolution's offerings includi￿8 attractinuF a yOUDger detnographic.
- To embed Evolution Arts cours¢s and workshops as an integral part of the activities bappenI￿r at the Brigbton
Buddhist Centre.
To work togetber with the Brigbton Buddhist Centre team for the b￿￿fi¢ of both orgaDisaiions, encouraging
cr085-pollination of attendees for Evolution ATts and th¢ Buddhist Centre.
- To develop new ways of op¢ratiDg to create a more sustainable future for the Charity.

To contitiue offering an ever-changing range of affordable cowses and workshops, with the introduction of new

2024 is the first year in which Evolution h&s had the Use of its new website. A SI￿[ficant achievement hag been to
establish best practic¢ and create a unified feel to Evolution's offeriDgs. This has inclU(￿d building up a batjk of new
images for use on the website. The website is t[￿re friendly, especialty for thos¢ viewing on their mobil¢ phones.
There has been a noticeable decltne itt people calling the office to book over the phone. There Iw also been an increase
of people subsCn￿ing for our newsletters through the website.
There has been a more integrated approach to mark¢tiDg and a unified visual brand I1￿7ng the website VAth posters
flyers, During 2024 a large Noti¢eb02rd was added to the front of the Buddhisl Centre wbicb displays a rotatill￿ array of
posters publi¢ising Evolution's offering and catches passing footfall. N¢w places were foulld to advertise our courses
which fit with EvolutiOD'S ethos e.g. Infinity FO￿ CQvopeTativ¢.
Manager Kato OBrieD and one other team memlxr continued to DW)age 1be Art5 Centre during 2024 wÉth regular
support from tbe Trustees.
Evolution ¢ontinues to work with olber v¢nues for the delivery of its programme. The team continued to use Westhill
HalL Clarkes of Sussex and also Hearts & Flowers.
The relationship with Clarkes of Sussex on Bond Street was strengthened during 2024. Tbey expanded the space
available to art classes for Evolution a( Clarkes - enabling an increas¢ in student numbers for key ¢lasses, However, at
the end of 2024 Clarkes annouDced that the sbop would be closing ID Febnlary 2025. Evolution h&8 since negotiatsd the
use of th¢ en)pty premises until the end of 2026 for its art offering.
The team CO￿11)lled to research and devise a varied progr8mme of workshop$ aDd cowses during 2024, New ¢ourses
and workshops included photoshop for begiDllers, getting thted ID creative Writi￿ a yoga nidra sound bath and several
wellbeing courses. Noiabl¢ ODes aT¢ melltioned below.

The varied programmc of arts and wellbeing courses and workshops contributes to the health and wellbeiDg of the local
community both.
Evolution ATts has fostered strong links with the local community since its creatioD. It offer5 a comprehensive range of
ourses and workshops lo the public at affordable pricc5. The Tange ofevcnts offered and the way they are d¢livered aim
to include all sectors of the ¢omtlluniry.

Working together with tbe Brighton Buddbist Centre free worksbops were provided to the local Community at the Open
Day in May 2024. Evolution worksbop5 Included the Alexander Tecbnique, Aikido, Ci￿le Singing and the H¢&ling
Voice.
Evolution maintained its connection with Hearts & Flowers (an organic tlower growing project based io Stanmer) which
provides opportuniiies to lo¢al community group5. Con)ment from an Evolution worksbop participant - "J a]ways enjoy
time spent at Heart aDd Flowe]s, it's like having a spa day for the soul!"
volution introduced two new w¢llbeing courses (the Art of Relaxation and Circle Singing and the Healing Voice) to
nourisb individuals. For these ¢ourses. flexible payment options were prtsvided for those struggling to pay.

expenditure. The Board of Truslees r¢guJarly monitors the level of reserves and takes appropriate action if reserves fall
