in Circuit ministry

by a decision ofthe Trustees to station three| |||||(currently
five) presbyters
in the Circuit from that point.| ||||15.Consultative
commenced
in summer 2023 following
confirmation|| |||||that three existing presbyters,
including
the superintendent| |||||minister,
expected to leave the circuit, creating the need to seek a| |||||replacement
superintendent
to join two remaining
presbyters
in| |||||2024. One ofthese, the Revd Mark Carrick requested
the Circuit| |||||to consider a re-invitation
from September 2024 until August| |||||2030, and following
due consultation,
this was supported
by a| |||||recommendation
ofthe Circuit Invitation
Committee.| ||||16. A review of oversight
and trusteeship
across the Circuit, possibly|| |||||through
creation of multi-site
churches,
was deferred
pending| |||||staffing changes
