**Objects:** The principal purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination.  The Church may also advance education and carry out other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.

**Activities:** The Charity is a Baptist Church whose George Street Centre is used by the wider community of Ryde.  In addition to regular worship and church activities, our rooms are used by a number of organisations such as IOW Bridge Club, Art Classes, etc. Street Pastors have a base at our premises.  We host a Girls' Brigade company. Our rooms are well-used by the local community.
