Objectives and Activities
In furtherance of the charity's objectives for the public benefit the trustees provide grants.
The trustees apply the income and in their discretion the capital of the trust in promoting the
objects in such manner as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit and in doing so
may make grants and donations to such institutions and foundations, trusts and individuals
and undertakings at such time and in such manner and of such amount as the trustees in
their absolute discretion think fit.
In determining the charity's activities the trustees have had regard to the Charity
Commission's guidance on public benefit.
Achievements and Performance
During the year under review the Gharity made 16 grant payments to institutions totalling
£99,250 as set out in the notes.
Financial Review
At the end of the reporting period the charity had free reserves amounting to £10,989 (2023:
£23,135). In addition to the free reserves the charity has bank balances of £48,363 (2023:
£16,455) and investment assets of £1,640,366 (2023: £1,539,389) within the expendable
endowment fund.
The trustees pursue a policy of maintaining a free reserve available to be spent in the
furtherance of the charity's objectives, as well as covering future needs, opportunities,
contingencies and risks.

No trustee received any remuneration nor reimbursed any expenses in the year under revlew.
During the year under rèview, the trustees have paid in a total of £23,aoo during the ye8r lo cover
cashflow Shortfall with regards lo making donations. £10,000 of this has been paid back to the trustees
during the year, with £13.000 still outstanding and owed back to the trustees at 31 December 2024.
During the y8ar under ￿VIeW, Forrester Boyd charged fe85 for the provision of administrative fees
amounting to £5.988, The trustee, Peter Feam, is a partner in Forresler Boyd. In addition, the
corporate trustee, Forr&sl&r Boyd Trustees Ltd. Is a company controlled by partners in Forresler
Bo d. The amount of £5 988 was outstandin
as 8131 D¢cember 2024 and included as a creditor.

I report to the trustees cm my examination of the accounls of the above
charity (Ihe Trust") for tho yoar ended 31 Decembor 2023.
Responslbllltles and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charlties Acl 2011
(Yhe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carrted out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying oul my examination, I
have followed 811 the applicable Direction5 gtven by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

examlner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
