For The Purpose Of Thisclause "socially Excluded" Means African Migrants To The UK Who Areexcluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, On The Grounds Of Their Ethnicorigin, Religion, Belief Or Creed Or Due To Social And Economicdisadvantage.2. To Promote Sustainable Development In Sub-Saharan Africa For Thebenefit Of The Public By:(a) The Preservation, Conservation And The Protection Of The Environmentand The Prudent Use Of Resources;(b) The Relief Of Poverty And The Improvement Of The Conditions Of Life Insocially And Economically Disadvantaged Communities;(c) The Promotion Of Sustainable Means Of Achieving Economic Growthand Regeneration.sustainable Development Means "development Which Meets The Needs Ofthe Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meettheir Own Needs."
