**Activities:** Responding to 999 calls on behalf of the West Midlands Ambulance Service and treating patients as required until the arrival of a full-time front-line resource from the Ambulance Service in the Tamworth and Fazeley Areas of Staffordshire.Providing training in Basic Life Support to the public to further the education of the general public.
