REPORT OF THE TrUSTEES
FOR THE YEAR EMDED 31 JULY 2022
The trustees who are also diretttsr5 of the charity for the purpose5 of the Companies Act 2¢X)6i present their rewrt with
the finartcial ststanents of tharity for the year ended 31 July 2022. The trust￿ have adopted the provisons of

OBJECtIVES AND AcmimES
Objectives and aims
The obiects of the Trust a￿ to advance the Thristian religion (without regard to denomination) by the teaching, 5tyJdy
and apk4icatK)n of Christtan hatmts and methods of though¢ the propagation of Chrisban spiritual doctrine, the tsaching
and study of aFvlred thristian right thinmng and the adoption of Christian spiritijal values in da1￿ lffe and to advan￿ the

Significant adivikne$
The acbvities of the Trust rdi* awareness of the importance of R¥Jht Thinking in the way we INe our Iwes and through
promoting the un¢Jerstanding of the spiritual and wattical principles that underpin heath and wel1b￿n9.
Muth prtyJress has been made in r￿nt years in reduong costs and Inc￿sing income bu¢ even with the improvements,
a 5U5taillabte financTal operaJon has not b*n achieved. It now seems unlikefy that we will te ab￿ to change this

trustees have therefore decided that it has N)w b￿rne necessary to sell the physical s￿e and to use the funds from the

Thls decision was taken on the 19th October 2021 and nathraty this ha$ affected all opeTrtK)ns Sin￿ that date. The

to dwdop its prog￿rnme of tslk5 and me&ngs a￿lIab￿ to both memèers and the general public but. since the ded$on

The Trust has also continued to rent rooms to a dwerse and thanging group of a)unsdlor5, pratbtioners and therapL4ts
who focus on devefoprng the health and spiritual wellbe•ig of those who attend their and therdpy sessions. New
theraptsts continue to find the Centre an attr3rtNe and hamionious *ting to offer their servrces.
The Trust has three lodge5 in ￿ grounds which are intended for quiet retreats. both for rnem￿rs and the public. The
bdges a￿ managed ty tsi subsKliary FrrH Ltd and the operatiJYJ ermronment in recent months has continued to
be challenging. Given the deoaon to sdl the site, it was deuded to cease promoiing the lodges beyond 31st March 2022
and the marketing contratt wlth Hoseagons has been terminated.

ACHIEVEMEKf AND PERFORMANCE
The figures for perf0mlan￿ this year have all been affetted by the re￿nt decision to sell the Centre and to c8*
p￿ft￿ting the lodges for letbng Wond the 31st March 2022.
For the rnain trust, totsl income excluding recharged to e trusts Whol￿ owned subsidiary FttH Vision Ltd,
deueased, ty £40.3k (53.0%) compared to 2021. The biggest (rntThbutor to this decrease was the loss of grant income,
rna(k worse by a COn￿nUed reduction In membership and a rauction in donations.
¢knhead support costs iTKreased signfficantly, by £45.3k (42.0%), principalty due to ￿untaTrcY fw for ad￿￿ and
iuntancy support acbwlies following the decision to sell. Most t)ther co&5 remained very slmilar to last year.
Despts the overall poor resu￿, it is posgble to pick out orie from the figures. The income from room rents
inuease(J f￿￿ll £13.3k kst year to £22.6k this year. This dernonthtes the continued attractiven￿ of the Centre ag a
pla￿ for srA"rthal, holistic and therapeutic and will hopefully help the new owners to devdop a strong base from
which to grow.
The lodg￿, whith are managed by the FrrH WTrsion Ltd, have also producey a poor T￿lt this ￿r. wth a Ioss of Q4.Ik

The main achievements in tsrms of our non-fi"nanaal obiecbve5 for the year have b￿n to proV￿e a wide varw of
