**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN WESTOXFORDSHIRE AND ITS IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREAS BY:4.1 LINKING PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP IN WEST OXFORDSHIRE WITH THOSE WHO HAVE TIME ANDARE WILLING AND ABLE TO VOLUNTEER THE HELP NEEDED IN A VARIETY OF USEFUL WAYS;4.2 PROMOTING AND ORGANISING CO-OPERATION WITH STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARYORGANISATIONS WHICH MAY HAVE IDENTIFIED SUCH NEEDS IN THEIR WORK IN ORDER TO HELPTHEM MATCH THOSE NEEDS WITH APPROPRIATE VOLUNTEERS.
