REFERENCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS OF THE CHARITY, ITS TRUSTEES AND ADVISERS Legal and Administrative Information of the Charity is shown on Page 1 of the Financial Statements and fonns part of this report. ORGANISATION STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT The Charity is govemed by a Trust Deed. The Trustees administer the day-to-day affairs of the Charity. None of the Trustees have any beneficial interest in the Charity- RISK FACTORS The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the Charity is exposed particularly those relating to operations and finances. It is satisfied that the systems are in place to mitigate its exposure to those risks. OBJECTIVES. AND ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY The Charity is established to raise funds for the promotion of Jewish education in Fran￿ and Monaco. The Trustees confimi their compliance with the duty to have due regard to the public benefit guidan￿ published by the Charity Commission when reviewing the Charity's aims and objectives in planning future activities. ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CHARITY The Charity received donations totalling £97.940 during the year it did not incur any fundraising costs and made grants aggregating £82,931 to Jewish educational institutions in the South of France and Monaco which further the charity's objectives. REPORT YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 FINANCIAL REVIEW The financial results of the Charity's activities for the year to 31 December 2023 are fully reflected in the attached Financial Statements. RESERVES POLICY No specific fund is maintained and in view of the facts that the Charity has no employees and has no liabililies it is not considered that any reseNes are required. RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's tnjstees consider that an audit is not required for this year under Section 144 of the Chanties Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts Ljnder Section 145 of the Charities Act; to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under Section 145{5}(b) of the CharrtEs Act., and to state whether path'cular matters have come to my atterrtion. BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a companson of the accounts presented vmh those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items of disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Trustees conceming any such matters. The Pro￿dureS undertaken do not proV￿e all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
