ITS TRUSTEES AND ADVISERS Legal and Adminislrative Infomiation of the Chanty is shown on Page 1 of the Financial Statements and forms part of this report. ORGANISATION STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT The Charity is govemed by a Trust Deed. The Trustees administer the day-lo-day affair5 of the Charity. None of the Trustees have any beneficial Interest in the Charity. RISK FACTORS The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the Chanty is exposed particularly those relating to operations and finances. It is sats'sfied that the systems are in pla￿ to mitigate its exposure to those risks. OBJECTIVES. AND ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY The Charity is established to raise funds for the promOt￿n of Jewish education in Fran￿ and Monaco. The Trustees confimi their compliance with the duty to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission when reviewing the Charity's aims and objectives in planning future activities. ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CHARITY The Charity re￿iVed donations totalling £54,150 during the year rt did not incur any fundraising costs and made grants aggregating £54,104 to Jewish educational institutions in the South of Fran￿ which further the charity's objectives. RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees Consider that an audit is not required for this year under Section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibilty to. examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Chanties Act" to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Ci)mmission (under Section 145{5){b} of the Charities Act, and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the chanty and a comparison of the accounts presented wrth those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual rtems of disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the Trustees conceming any such matters. The prO￿dureS undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
