BRITISH FRIENDS OF ECOLE JUIVE DE CANNES TRUSTEES, REPORT YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020 The Trustees have pleasure in presenting their Annual Report together with the Financial Ststements for the year ended 31 De￿mber 2020. REFERENCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS OF THE CHARITY, ITS TRUSTEES AND ADVISERS Legal and Administrative Infomiation of the Charity is shown on Page 1 of the Financial Statements and foms part of this report. ORGANISATION STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT The Charity is govemed by a Trust Deed. The Trustees administsr the day-to-day affairs of the Chanty. None of the Trustees have any beneficial interest in the Charity. RISK FACTORS The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the Charity is exposed particularly those relating to operations and finances. It is satisfied that the systems are in place to mitigate its exposure to those risks. OBJECTIVES. AND ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY The Charity is established to raise funds for the promotion of Jewish education in Fran￿ and Monaco. The Trustees confimi their compliance with the duty to have due regard to the public benefrt guidan￿ published by the Charity Commission when reviewing the Charity's aims and objectives in planning future activities. ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CHARITY The Charity received donations totalling £63,435 during the year it did not incur any fundraising costs and made grants aggregating £58,188 to Jewish educational institutions in the South of Fran￿ and Monaco which further the charity's objectives.

REPORT YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020 FINANCIAL REVIEW The financial resufts of the Charity's activities for the year to 31 De￿mber 2020 are fully reflected in the attached Financial Statements. RESERVES POLICY No specific fund is maintained and in view of the facts that the Charity has no employees and has no liabilities it is not considered that any reserves are required. BRITISH FRIENDS OF ECOLE JUIVE DE CANNES INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES I report on the Accounts of the Charity which is registered under charity number 1133433 for the year ended 31 De￿mber 2020 which are set out on pages 5 to 6. RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER The Charity's trUSt￿S are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under Section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Chartties Act" to follcw the procedures laid dovm in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under Section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act,. and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT My examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items of disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Trustees con￿MIng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts. INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention..
