At 31 December 2023 the total value of equipment (Athleti& Kitchen
Medical and Office) on hand was ogtimated at £30,000 (2024 £25.OOOj.
The value is not ineluded ID the accounts.
The Club Kit on hand at 31 Deeember 2023 was v41ued by the secretary at
£200 (2024 £140). Tbe value is not included in the accounts.
The tolal voluntary unpaid bours spent by tbe eomnkittee and members on
Club aetivities during the year was £23.000
There are no employ¢e8 and no remuneralion or payments are made to any
trustees or officer
Rent on the building was paid up to date on the 31 December 2024.

Respeetive responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The eharity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under
section 43{2) of tbe Charities Aet 1993 (tbe Art) and that an indepeDdent
examination is n¢eded.
It is my responsibility to
examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act)
to follow the procedures laid down ID the General Direelors given by the
Cbarity Commission (under section 43(7)(b) of the Act); and
to st4t¢ whelher partieular matters have come to my atteDtio
BASIS of independent examiner's report
My examination was ¢arried out in accordance with the General Directions given
by the Charity Commissioners. An exgmination includes a revi¢w of the accounting
records kept by th¢ charity and a comparison of the aecounts pre8ented with those
records. It abo includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
aceounts, aDd seeking explanations from you as Irustees concerning such matters.
The procedures undertaken dn not provide all Ihe evidence that would be required
in an audit, Y4nd ¢on$equentty no opinion is given as to whether the 2¢eount$ present
a true aDd fair, view and the report is limited to those matter¥ get out in the
statement below.
