**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND COACHING FOR RUNNING ATHLETICS.

**Activities:** Members compete in 2 track and field leagues, 1 cross country league and sportshall athletics. These include County Championships, Inter Counties, Northern Counties and National Championships. The club has hosted four events, jumps competitions, road races and a six/twelve hour race.Inclusive of all ages and abilities  providing good quality coaching and competition opportunities all year round.
