**Objects:** A TO FURTHER RELIGION AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE PARISH OF SPENNYMOOR ST PAULB TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SPENNYMOOR IN THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. C TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF SPENNYMOOR AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUALS&#x27; CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED.D THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND POVERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS IN SPENNYMOOR AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT THROUGH TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE SUCH ASSISTANCE.

**Activities:** The St Paul&#x27;s  Centre provides high quality meeting and activity facilities which includes  a Community Cafe. The Centre re-opened in June &#x27;10, following a major refurbishment, the Centre has enjoyed occupancy levels of 85% and over 21694 visitors within the year 2023. Key Objectives identified for the Centre have been achieved and are now being delivered in the community.
