assets ofthe Tru8tto the Limited Company was apwoved by the Charity Commission on 15 December 21)09. The

Two strategic risks have bean idenlified. The Ministry of Defence {MoD) might continue lo redu￿. or èven curtail,
their financial assÈstane£ to such an extent that thè Museum is no longer viablo. The MOD could for￿ relocatTon
of th8 MLEseum.' it is likety that this would be laFgety ftjnded by the MOD, but there would b8 a shortfall. To mitigate

any of these may be curtailed ￿ the neai ftFtwe. Thè dosing cash po¥ilion al the year-end is Strong as is the
rÈÈerves position.
