Among its objectives were the advancement of education and facilitating recreation in the interest of social welfare and improving conditions of life for the people of Batley and beyond, with a specific focus on youth. Alongside this, Rabetah also promotes any charitable purpose which its executive committee deem appropriate, partnering with other organisations where required. Rabetah also furthers its objectives through the production of, training, literature, and wider activities. ## **Financial Review** ## Reserves Policy The policy is to maintain a small reserve, the committee regularly review the reserves and are mindful of only expending monies actually received. Achievements during the year During the year to 29 September 2020 Rabetah's main objective was in promoting the Ahlul Bayt Fund. In addition to this two main appeals were launched. The first one was focused on education in the Balkans. The second was to assist the poor Muslims of Jamaica. Rabetah also arranged a Book Fair along with a Seerah conference in Nov 2019.
