To Advance Education And Provide Facilities For Recreation In The Interest Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For All The People In The Batley Area Of West Yorkshire In Particular And In General Where And When Necessary Especially Amongst Young People. 3. To Promote Any Charitable Purpose As The Executive Committee From Time To Time Think Appropriate.4. To Work With Partner Organisations In Furthering The Aims Of Rabetah By Providing Training, Literature And Other Activities. Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons
