As prefaced in last year's accounts, the Firtanclal Ombudsman ruled in our favour as regards a majority of the fvnds drawn fraudulently from the Uoyds Bank account in 2023. The amount shown as received in the accounts is the full settlement with Uoyds Bank. 5. See next page 5. The gas boilers were renewed in November 2025 at a cost of £17,329. They have an expected 15-year life.
