Report of the Independent Examiners to the Trustees of Rotary International District 1190 Trust Fund
We report on the unaudited accounts of the Charity for the year ended 30th June 2025 which are
Set owt on pages 2 and 3. This report is made solely to the Charity's Trustees, as a body in accordance with section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and regulations made under section 154 of that Act. Our work has been themundertaken so that we might state to the Charity's Trustees those matters we are required to state to. in an Independent Examiners Report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Charity and the Charity's Trustees as a body, for our work or for this report. The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's Trustees consider that an audit is not required for the year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 201 | (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is owr responsibility to;

examine the accounts (under Section 145 of the 2011 Act)

to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under Section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act), and
-
- to state whether particular matters have come to our attention
Basis of independent examiners report
Our examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparisonunusual ofthe accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration ofany items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as Trustees beconceming such matters.The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would a required in an audit and, consequently, no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present ‘true and fair view’ and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. independent examiners statement
in connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention:
i. which gives us reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect the requirements
{a} to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 130 of the 2011 Act: and
- (b) to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act
