RCCG Winners House Trustees Report YEAR 2022: The Trustees have pleasure in submitting their report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022. The financial statements have been prepared in accordan￿ with the accounting policies set out on pages 7 to 18 and Comp￿ with the statement of Recommended Practi￿ (FRS 102), AND THE Charity Act 2011 applicable laws. OBJECTIVE AND ACTIVITIES: The purpose of the Charity: The Principal objective of the charity is advancement of the Christian faith in the UK and abroad through evangelism and Praye￿ in accordance wrth the teachings of the Holy Bible. The Charity is committed in caring and loving people who are in need or in hardship condition such as the sick. old people and disables. It is also devoted to the promotion of other charitable purposes beneficial to the community. Main Activities: We thank almighty God for enable the church to return to physical mode of worship on Sunday. 21st of November 2021. Since then the church has been Meeting together physically every Sunday for church services throughout year 2022 till date. Also, we have started Holy cornmunion service and prayer meetings physically in October 2022 at every third Friday of the month till date. RCCG Winners house charity still continue running other church programmes such as (Bible studies every Wednesday evening and vigil services every last Friday of the month. Hymns night on last Wednesday whenever there is five Wednesday in a month and Praise night on fourth Friday whenever there is five Fridays in a rnonth virtually through on- line zoorn service. However. the charity still provides services such as: counselling for Married couple and individua] that needs help in their challenges. The church also provides teaching materials for the new converts or believers, Workers in training and Sunday schools every Sunday morning. There is also house fellowship teaching rnaterial for use for members wherever they meet together in their various boroughs that they may learn more of God's word and pray together.

We were also blessed with the workers Conference organised through our Province and regional Sunday schools conference. These two programmes actually has encouraged us to continue to have faith in God. The charity ￿WayS celebrate Motherfs Day in March 2nd Fatherfs Day in June every year. Thank God we were able to meetphysically this time. These programmes has also continue to play a big role to encourage and increase the hope of members in focusing on ChrisL These programmes has been helping to strengthen marriages and individual faith in the church. We had a get together on Sunday the 18th of September 2022 at Falconwood where we worship, to celebrate HRM the Queen burial ceremony that took place on Monday, 19 September 2022. We gave out to everyone who came a 'BOOK' about HRM the Queen's life. As usual, the charity organised 21 days Prayer and fasting to prepare us ahead of the newyear 2023. Achievements & Perforniances: The church attendance was really enCoura￿ng at the start of the year with a high Hope of beginning a new year. However. around Middle of the year, there was changes in the economy of the nation, interest rates started increasing and this have effert on church attendance, because of this many people started working on Sundays when they are to be in service. God has also added some people to the church, so therefore a new responsibility has been given to some of our workers to help the Pastor improve the spiritual growth of the church. However, God has been gracious to the church through generous donations of members and some none members that still hold on to their faith.The charity has also continued to increase her pastoral care for all members and their families to meet their ernotional needs through ViSLtation and counselling. The charity has a committed project called LOVE OUTREACH, program. The church feeds up to 50 people every second SATURDAY ofthe month. Also, the charity has been supporting other charities like Compassion by constant donations every month. Some members in the church are also supporting Compassion Charity. Also. RCCG, Winners house Church has been participating in a program called ('LOVES CHRISTMASJ with other churches in UK It was a special program created to feed one million people, to relief people from

lack and povety during Christmas periods. We also do the same during Easter period. Finally, we still have our Sunday church service at Falconwood but still praying and believing God, that He will provide our own church building for us. Review of Financial Position The net incoming for the year amounted to £14,643.24 (year 2021 was £30,571). All these have been unrestncted reserve and no fund is allotted to restricted projects. Principal Funding: The charity has been mainty funded through voluntary tithes and offerings by church members and through Gift Aid Scheme. Risk Policy The Trustees have assessed the main risks to which the Charity is exposed, predominantly those relating to financial operations and are satisfied with the risk management systems in place to mitigate any risk exposure. STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE & MANAGEMENT The Charty objectives, principal activities and organisation are constituted under a Trust Deed 19° July 2009. The Charity's name is registered as 'The Redeemed Christian Church of God- Winners House. (RCCG Winners House) with a registration number of 1133141 on the central register of the Charity Commission of England and Wales Method of Appointment or election or Election of Trustees: The management of the charity is the responsibility of the TrUSt￿S who are elected and co-opted under the terms of the Trust Deed. Organlsational Structure and Decision Making: The church is organised so that the trustees meet regularly to manage its affairs. There is a full time Minister and Volunteers who manage the day today administration of the church. Related party Relationships: RCCG - Winners House is a member of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) which has Parishes all over the world. The relationship is governed by an Agreement for common purposes befvrfeen the Parishes and RCCG.
