The Church and tts charrry irustees 8re responsible for the preparation ofthe accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Act'l. The church trustees
considerthat an audit is not required ano that an indepenttent examination is required.
I report in respect ot myexamÉnatton ofthe Trustrs accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in c8rrying out rny examination I have followed allthe applicable Directions gtven
bythe Charty Commission under section 1451511b) of the Act and wilt stste whether particular
matters have Come to my attention.
